On our way to East Asia we had a week-long stopover in the United Arab Emirates. It was action packed, and the kids had the time of their lives. Theme park, waterpark, indoor skiing, desert safari, Bugs Bunny cookie delivery, tallest building in the world, and the Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque. Abu Dhabi was their favorite place on the trip (because of the theme parks and the Warner Bros hotel). You can tell they are working hard to really develop the city for tourism. It was a surprisingly affordable and luxurious destination and we keep talking about going back soon.
