For the final part of our trip to Turkey, we visited the magical city of Cappadocia. It was one of the most memorable places I’ve ever been and is near the very top of my recommended travel list. The experience felt truly otherworldly—you can see why they originally wanted to film the first Star Wars movie there. Perhaps the most amazing moment of the entire sabbatical was the early morning hot air balloon ride.
